Hello, seems like copr package is broken for Fedora 40 (Server Edition).

Firstly, i installed copr repository via dnf copr enable -y lorbus/rspamd.

When i try to install package by dnf install rspamd i have this error message:

Last metadata expiration check: 2:26:45 ago on Tue 07 May 2024 07:36:41 AM MSK.
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libsodium.so.23()(64bit) needed by rspamd-3.6-1.fc40.x86_64 from copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:lorbus:rspamd
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

UPD: i'll be grateful, if you could also rebuild rpm with latest rspamd version - according to
https://github.com/rspamd/rspamd/releases - latest one is 3.8.4

I don't have time to work on that unfortunately. PRs are welcome though, I'll test and merge.
