Targeting regions in applications with panels present across multiple monitors (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Programs in the Adobe CC suite allows you to undock panels and position them freely, even on different monitors.
In OTR you seem in to be limited to the main program window. Is it possible to extend this to all the UI elements from the application?

For example here the right display panel is unreachable from OTR, Thanks!

I did find a bit of a janky workaround for this. You can use OBS to get a display capture or window capture. You can use OBS to broadcast that display to a preview window. OnTopReplica recognizes that preview window
