I don't exactly know how to describe it, but there's this fullscreen color effects at some point during beatmaps.
These are quite visually intense, and for example for me, are very painful on the eyes and make me not be able to play Hishigata for a prolonged period of time.
Because of this, I propose the ability to customize the intensity/opacity of these. So those who have problems with this effect or simply don't like it can disable it (or just make it less intense if they still technically like it).
Potentially in the place where you can choose background dim, etc. after starting a beatmap in the top right, if rulesets can hook into that? Otherwise maybe just in the settings menu?
