Wincuts (v1.0.5) Beta Release

Beta Release of Wincuts with some new features added to the application!

Changes

• Slight documentation tweaks by @LyubomirT;
• Application build by @LyubomirT;
• Added Help Button by @wy8933 (Created the feature of Help button #13);
• Added Uninstaller by @wy8933 (uninstaller program Implementation replaced clear file #10);

Known Issues

• The help window isn't accessible from the system tray.
• Uninstaller fails to schedule automatic deletion using .bat files.
