For both Guest-users and Pre-approved team members:

• compare WordPress form vs. Google form (or other form)
• be able to get email plus some extra info (from Sujen) e.g., topic of interest, what do you plan to do, type of user, etc.
• which is easiest for someone to fill in
• which is easiest to help automate (semi-automate) the activation of the user account in MAAP
• it will also need to tie in with the EarthData account, which also asks for some info (e.g. can we pull info from ED accounts easily or tie it into a default group?)
