Currently there are seperate versions of PlanVis (with different features and implemented in different scripts), one for 2023 input files and one for 2024.

We expect a single version of the app. Suggest to implement this in two steps:

  1. Unify run.py and run2.py, this way we only have one single entry point.
  2. Unify all the files with a 2 suffix in scripts folder. (PlanVis 2 becomes PlanVis version 2, which is compatable with 2023 and 2024 inputs)
