Describe the bug
When attempting to authenticate on Pilcrow with ORCID as a new Pilcrow user, the mechanism that handles authentication hangs up and the user is not redirected to the Dashboard.
To Reproduce
Register or authenticate an account on ORCID
In your ORCID account's settings, temporarily set your email's visibility to "Everyone"
Visit an instance of Pilcrow
Click the Login button in the upper right
Click the button labeled "Log in with ORCID"
Accept the permission request from ORCID
Notice that the page redirect on Pilcrow hangs up
Open the browser's developer tools and open the Network tab
Note that requests to the GraphQL endpoint perpetually return unsuccessful user responses
Expected behavior
Redirections of new authenticated ORCID users should not hang up.
