A user's avatar / profile image should be larger.

Currently images are 150x150px. Experiment with larger sizes to see what looks good. Might need to accomidate existing 150x150 avatars.

This can be done in bp-custom.php by adding avatar sizing filter definitions and then modified with CSS. I'll play around with it and see what looks good.
