HI guys,
Recently I am trying to use TractSeg to do my own study, but I got a problem when I run command "TractSeg -i". It seems like that I can not download pretrained weights from zenodo but interestingly I can download them manually.
Although I put these .npzs into folder .tractseg, the program still insists downloading them from zenodo while ignoring existed files. How can I solve this probelm? Can I just let command use existed .npz?
