Bridges - needs tests and better test coverage

• bridges-core test no needed (this module only defines interfaces and mock classes for junit tests)
• jami-chebi - no test
• jami-europubmedcentral - test doesn't compile. no import for EuroPubmedCentralFetcher
• jami-imexcentral - no test
• has a mock client though, so should be okay to test?
• jami-obo - no test however some coverage is provided by the ontology-manager
• jami-ols good test coverage
• jami-ontology-manager good test coverage
• jami-picr good test coverage
• jami-unisave good test coverage
• jami-uniprot good test coverage
• jami-uniprot-taxonomy there is a test but annotated with Ignore
• jami-uniprot-mapping good test coverage
