When a mapping using MIF XML 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 schemas is used, every time the application is closed and the mapping is re-opened, a specific, 'defualt'-defined field is lost and needs to be assigned again. In the case of these schemas, it seems to be always a field under the experimentDescription bibref, specifically the refType of the xref's primaryRef. In the terminal, you get messages such as this:
Path not found: 0.3.4.0.0.0.5.0.0.2.0.0.0.5 / 5
No node: 0.3.4.0.0.0.5.0.0.2.0.0.0.5
If the field is not re-mapped and the application closed and opened again, the mapping loses another field, still in the same node (refTypeAc) and so on. This is especially problematic when you want to make use of the application using a predefined mapping and launching it via the command line option.
