Picking particle become laggy when images get low pass filtered and are very big

Observed that on 11k x 8k micrographs when picking particles manually.

On the non low pass filtered image stack it works fine. On the band pass filtered stack each pick takes 3-5 seconds to appear.

Any idea @mstabrin ? Could it be related to your proxy?

It only happens when the boxmanager widget is loaded. If you only use the bandpass and orgianze layer it is fast.

Also happens for 4k x 6k micrographs. Very annoying but as prominent as with 8k micrographs.

You notice it the most if you load picked filaments and then delete some of the boxes. Its fast without bandpass filter and gets slow (lag of 2-3s) as soon you apply a bandpass filter
