Show ID in property info window

It'd be great if the ID of the property was shown in the property info window, such as "ID: 4585632571204". The full ID of the building would be listed, and buildings without an ID would show up as something like "ID: ", "ID: null", or "ID: undefined" for debug purposes (such as to try to avoid triggering bugs #23 and #16 when buying property).
