Current requirements.txt is for os-x only.

I believe when I did the experiment, I was doing them on my macbook, so it was os-x only. Though I think I didn't use anything fancy, nothing other than basic NumPy and PyTorch. Sorry for not having the linux requirements.txt and see if just having common deep learning packages resolve your issue.
