Icons randomly change to generic folder icon & I am unable to change them back to a custom icon.

There are no perceivable steps to reproduce. It's not clear what causes it, as the apps are randomly changing to folders one by one in no particular order after I set a custom version for them.

It was expected that the icons would just stay as their customized variation.
