Change title of Preferences window to "Settings" #115

I think "Settings" is the new standard term macOS uses for what used to be referred to as "Preferences".

The menu bar entry is correctly labeled, but the name of the window displayed in the titlebar is still "Preferences".

Sure, we can look into doing this change as part of other updates.
