Initial release of MRIRecoBenchmarks

This is the first release of MRIRecoBenchmarks. It contains benchmark1, which compares the two MRI reconstruction frameworks BART and MRIReco.jl. It contains a computational comparison of a SENSE reconstruction and a comparison of the reconstructed images.
