I'd rather not have the title bar, since Spotify name and back button are already in the webview

I had some trouble (can't remember exactly what it was atm) making items in the titlebar area clickable in the new WinUI 3 Preview, that's why I kept it enabled for now. When that gets fixed, I'll extend the UI into title bar just like v2.
