https://github.com/oilel/pqt 最好借鉴一下pqt。有两个优点：一，采用内存安全的语言Rust语言；二，采用基于Lattice的算法。高维空间Lattice问题对于量子计算机依然很难，所以基于Lattice困难问题的加密能防止量子计算机攻击。
