• Send photos with name
• Send milestones
• Email him when milestones change
• Don’t put links to parts in references
• Papers should be cited as papers not links
• References count towards page count
• Usually contact by email
• Can do meeting if needed
• Occasionally send snapshot of gantt chart as we approach date or if we need to change it
