What

Feedback from our Sales and Support teams can be an extremely valuable way to collect passive feedback.

Why

Clients and customers are constantly in contact with these teams and often funnel usability issues or feature requests through them.

When

  • Dig through past feedback in EnjoyHQ at the start of a project to understand current needs, expectations, and sentiment.
  • Review feedback post-implementation to get an understanding of how an update or feature is being perceived and used in real life.

How

All support feedback and a lot of sales feedback is sent to EnjoyHQ. Use the robust search and properties to find what you're looking for.

Pro Tips

  • usability_issue, feature_request, feature_enhancement, and needs_research are helpful tags to search by in EnjoyHQ
