The scenario is that the client app is using an own smaller set of settings with optional values.
So for the client code, it is quite suitable to create or know the default CsvDataReaderOptions as with the same settings as it won't be passed to the the Create method at all.
I have noticed CsvDataReaderOptions.Default as internal static. Is it possible to expose it or any different alternative exists for the above scenario?
