Refactor fractalRunner to call a specific example file #16

At the moment, fractalRunner has the fractal code directly in it

Want fractalRunner to be general, and to call another specific demo file that actually codes the fractal

Perhaps demos can be split into GitHub (shared examples) and non-GitHub (our own private examples), with a naming convention + .gitignore to hide our private example/demos - what do you think @Markichu?
