Wrong times in Hotfix page

Greetings Marl.

For some reason, something went wrong with the hour column on the hotfixes page.
The time I launched wtl and gained the hotfixes data was at 20:20 local time. But as you will see in the image attached the times are messed up even the format is strange.

I thought you might want to see it.
