Search Results Page - Fix Refresh Button (styling) #86

Currently the refresh button on the search results page will refresh the page, however it is not styled like the new search button (which is a link to).

Previously when this button was a link_to, params were not able to be passed through. There may be a way to use link_to to refresh current url, but unsure.
