Does upload work ok without ssl / https? Is it an issue with upload from local
files brower panel or issue with other methods (File menu / Upload, drag/drop
from desktop?
Sometimes there will be an issue with the first upload not working, then the
second is fine.
What client platform are you running on (Windows, Mac, or Linux)?

Note that https / ssl should be ok with air.
With the IE browser, there is one thing to change:
http://code.google.com/p/flexspaces/wiki/TechNoteInternetExplorerWithSSL
With FireFox, can't use self signed ssl certificates, need to use real ones
from trusted source provider (this is a general flash player upload issue)

- Client platform is Win 7, 64 bits.
- The error box come from both menu/Upload and Drag/drop file from desktop.
- from local files brower panel, the app does not work.

I try many time event restart the server some times but it still does not work
as expected.

But I need to run on https, not http. Did u get the same issue before? And noe
more thing, my site is not trusted. Every time access to any function in the
app then I must click on Yes some times. So is this created this issue?

I thinking air was ok, but air may have the same issue due to a bug in
flashplayer that you get with firefox and chrome when you do ssl upload when
you have a self signed certficate. One workaround is to not have a self signed
certificate but a real official signed certifcate from versign, etc.
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-201
http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=35282

You could flexspaces with IE, although you don't get the nice desktop dragdrop
Would need to change the xml desc of the login webscript
http://code.google.com/p/flexspaces/wiki/TechNoteInternetExplorerWithSSL

You may want to also test:
Does ssl work the regular Alfresco Web Client(Explorer) including upload?
The share client may have an issue with its flash based upload IE should be ok.
And try the Alfresco Share client too (although alfresco share with firefox
would have a flash upload issue with self signed certificates, like flexspaces
would)

Also you could with 2038 error with flexspaces+air, use a debugger like
http://www.charlesproxy.com/ to see real http error is coming back in the
response
