Cell and Version error

Hi, i've been tryngo to use this addon for a long time and trying lots of sollutions because i couldn't check the cell in the precerences cap. I finally installed one version called "modullar tree 28" from a youtube video

This version allowed me to check the cell but once i change the addon version to any different from "master" doesn't appear the "tree nodes" cap anymore.
This version doesnt allow me to use nodes like "tree mesher" one.
I also cannot load presets, this error appears:

Does anyone have the same problem or the solution to this?
