[Enhancement] Include inliquid/inwater/inlava/inair in spawn.json too #446

The conditions inliquid / inwater / inlava / inair are available for spawner.json, but they can also be useful for spawn.json, especially in the despawn category. For example, one could want to prevent drowned that left the water from despawning.
