XNET Controller crashes to load screen #617

Issue description:

I updated my server to All the Mods 10-2.1 and now if we try to open the xnet controller it instantly kicks us to the loading screen.

Versions:
ATM10
xnet-1.21-7.0.3

This is weird. I cannot reproduce this at all

I've since updated the server and haven't had an issue since. It was just that one update for some odd reason.
