When using the n100 to encode special effect subtitles, there is an issue where the special effect subtitles appear slowly and do not match the video. Please let me know which log files I should provide to help resolve this issue.

Everything is fine on jellyfin and plex, I can't figure out what to do to solve this, appreciate for your work.
