Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Section Templates administration
  2. Create a new Section Template
  3. Add into it an SNV with a simple content Test Test
  4. Save the section template
  5. Edit it again
  6. Make the text Bold
  7. Save the Section Template
  8. Edit it again

Current behaviour

The SNV text isn't Bold, thus, the modification wasn't preserved

Expected behavior

The modified SNV content has to be preserved after editing it

Prior to this change, when importing an SNV, the default language page content isn't published and can't be considered as published automatically using the new Notes API updated to fit News usage. This change ensures through a specific Test Case to not regress the export/import strategy of note pages and to consider all time the default page language content as published even if not specific version has been created for the main Notes Page content.
