Crash Report with Rubidium Extras

Describe the bug
Rubidium Extras and Better Diving are conflicting and causing a crash. I can't even load into the main menu
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Rubidium Extras
2. Install Better Diving
3. The game will not load with Rubidium Extras installed but works fine with just Rubidium

Versions
Better Diving: 1.16.5 1.3.5
Forge: 36.2.39
Minecraft: 1.16.5
Other mods (necessary to reproduce the bug):
