Drop Wizard 0.9.2 support

I wondered if there was any plans to upgrade to the latest current version of Drop Wizard 0.9.2?

Hi @derekbassett, this is one of the things we have been wanting to work on for a while. But unfortunately work commitments have meant we have struggled to get enough time/developers on it. There has been some discussion on working on it in the coming weeks. Hopefully we should be able to upgrade things soon.
Pull Requests are most welcome if you'd like to contribute.

So we have a fork that we have upgraded to dropwizard 0.9.2 and also included with Kafka 0.9. I will see if I can get it put into a pull request.
