It happened when I ran
sudo ./recomod.sh -i /Users/admin/Downloads/chromeos_15117.112.0_zork_recovery_stable-channel_mp-v7.bin --halcyon --rw_legacy

Hey so this doesnt work anymore so i advise you just leave this project alone until the new one comes out (soon) (I think it dont work because when i halcyoned mine it booted me into a still provisioned environment just on chromeos 107)

pretty sure that issue is a WSL thing, you're not using Windows subsystem for linux are you? because if you are they make it pretty clear that's not supported
