When running e halcyon on 107, i get this error whenever charging that is fixed whenever I remove it and re enroll on 114. Leads to extremely slow charging speeds.

I am suffering this same issue (to some extent), haven't tried enrollment yet but my charging speeds seem to be normal? So for me it just seems to be an annoying notification.

Running v107 with E-Halcyon, original was v118

The instructions say to unplug any USBs and chargers before using. I don't know why but it was said beforehand.

This has nothing to do with E-Halcyon, it has everything to do with exactly what the OS says; you're using a low powered charger.
