Add option to exit layer tree with one-click

When you have multiple groups nested, it might be too much to "click" your way back to the map canvas.
Let's find a way how to close the layers panel quickly.

Possibilities:

• turn the layers list into drawer -> you could then swipe it down
• add button to close the page
