Homogenize the interface of the optimizee towards the bounding function. #81

Currently the bounding function in the optimizee can be called in any way the developer wants, but the simulate and create_individual functions not. In order to have a more homogeneous interface, it would be good to enforce the optimizee to use the same name for the bounding function.

A simple definition in the base optimizee should be sufficient.
