meteor version: 1.11

fourseven:scss version: 4.12.0

How to reproduce: 1) add :not pseudoselector to any selector 2) run the app 3) behold it gone

How to fix: probably node-sass update needed

Related issue: sass/node-sass#2330

There is not yet a node-sass with the version of libsass that fixes this.

They are deprecated now sass/node-sass@e2391c2
