feat: Tracking MDST Leadership Alumni

Currently, once someone on MDST leadership graduates, they essentially go into the void. Our website has no way of keeping track of previous e-boards. Would be a cool thing to add

This CMU page is an example of also having alumni although we might want to have different sections for each year instead of just one massive "alumni" section

also another question for this is how far back we want to keep the alumni for. i'm thinking of putting it in a csv file per graduation year that will automatically cycle only the past however many years to display the page.
