Piranha Plant Issues

I noticed a few problems with piranha plants in this version

• Piranha plants shouldn't come out of a pipe if Mario is standing directly left or right of the pipe
• The timing is off. They stay in the pipes too long
• In the original game, there's a piranha plant in the pipe right before the stairs at the end of water and underground levels. It comes out if you step away from the pipe
