Does 'Outlook Actionable Message' support version 1.4?

Since 'Universal action model' has been launched, and 'action.execute' are only supported in V1.4+.
It's weird that it still say that 'Outlook Actionable Message' only support V1.0 in this page!

So I just wanna know if 'Outlook Actionable Message' support version 1.4?
If not, is there any roadmap and release plan for this?
