cmdlet: Get-ChildItem | Get-AppLockerFileInformation | New-AppLockerPolicy -RuleType Publisher, Hash -User Everyone -Xml > AppLocker_MI_PS_ISE.xml
Replace this "RuleCollection Type="exe" with RuleCollection Type="ManagedInstaller"
