The tricky part is, even though it is in mesa, it does not appear in the features.txt file. When the driver was being merged, this was the explanation for such a choice:

Will this driver be added to docs/features.rst so that Mesamatrix could display it […]?

TBH I don't think docs/features.rst should exist for Vulkan drivers, instead Mesamtrix should just run vulkaninfo via drm-shim. see !28054
