$ cd ~/Developer
$ mkdir py-lndontretweet
$ cd py-lndontretweet

Setup our environment:
$ python3 -m venv env


(3) okay , Now lets activate virtualenv
$ source env/bin/activate


(4) Confirm we are using Python3
$ python --version  # Should return Python 3.x


(5) Now lets install our required libraries.
$ pip3 install tweepy


(6) Finally, create a file called ‘requirements.txt’ and add all the libraries this project will use. Make sure this file is located in the root of the project. Run this code.
$ pip freeze > requirements.txt


(7) Bugfix with Tweepy 3.4.0 (Link: https://github.com/tweepy/tweepy/issues/615)
(i) Go to env/lib/python3/site-packages/tweepy/streaming.py
(ii) Go to line 161 to replace it with this:

(iii) Go line 171 and replace it with this:
