The existing sequence:

  1. User makes a new account
  2. The Salesforce plugin checks to see if there's a matching Contact, and if so, it creates a fieldmap. If it doesn't find a match, it pushes a new Contact to Salesforce.
  3. It doesn't seem to do a pull at that time.

I know why this is happening; it's related to a pull request someone submitted to our SF plugin.
