By using Molly you agree to the following points.
As Molly is an integration into Discord, its terms and conditions automatically apply to all of its users. Please refer to Discord's Terms of Service for more information.
I may terminate or suspend your access to Molly immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use Molly will cease immediately.
Molly is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the bot or the use or other dealings in Molly.
Molly or the support server may link to external sites that are not operated by me. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective ToS.
At my discretion, I may change my ToS to reflect updates. If I decide to change the terms, I will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing these ToS.
