Describe the bug
Players exploring new chunks and old chunks alike have been causing deadlocks. Loading a specific player's base has caused this the most.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. TP to player's base
  2. TP away to player's base
  3. wait for it to unload
  4. TP back
  5. Repeat from 1 till deadlock which requires WatchDog to kickin

Enviroment:

  • Pack Version: 0.3.5.1
  • Additional Mods: none
  • Server or Client: Server
  • OS: Ubuntu VPS
  • Java Version: 17.0.5

A temporary workaround seems to be to downgrade Chisel and Bits. While this has seemed to stop the deadlocking. This does not solve the actual larger issue, which per the Chisel and Bits dev is actually Porting Lib mod.

I suspect this bug is also the cause of entities not unloading in certain situations, but I have no evidence of it.
