Grey out unsatisfied preconditions

Some people get confused about the warning flag on preconditions.

Describe the solution you'd like
When MobiFlight is running it could be intuitive to grey out the configuration rows that preconditions are not satisfied to show that they are "not active"

Describe alternatives you've considered
Rework precondition icons (this would be a more important and easier-to-implement update)
