Prototyping Board InputShifter 2 is not Input Shifter #1865

Describe the bug
The board mfmc file for the prototyping board is using a Output Shift Register instead of a Input Shift register.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Look at the silkscreen, Shift Register Support general MFOutput assignments #2 (Input)
Upload the prototyping board config
See error

Expected behavior
Prototyping board has Input Shift Register device for Shift register #2

Actual behavior
Prototyping board has Output Shift Register device for Shift register #2
