Feature Request: Sync/Export chats and characters

Hello,
Thank you for your hard work, I really enjoy using your app.

I would like to request the ability to easily sync chats and characters between my computer and my phone using my own backend.
I regularly use Syncthing or Nextcloud to keep files up to date between devices, so I wondered if there are folders that I could sync between my .appimage copy of maid and my Android copy, so that I could pick up where I left off.
